Help me pick my Christmas Card...please!

It's not even Thanksgiving yet, but I am already picking out our Christmas card. I had to get a head start this year since we are beginning the move to Alaska in mid-December (yes, that's only about 3 weeks away, eek!)  I thought about making cards, but then I snapped myself into a sane state of mind and have decided to try out Shutterfly. Have I been living under a rock all these years??? Shutterfly is AMAZING! They literally have over 800 cards to personalize, and I am LOVING the hybrid of the photo cards and the Christmas letter! Have you seen this? You can pick out a folded card, add your photo(s) and then choose from layouts with text to integrate your Christmas letter! Brilliant!! That easy? Really? Where have I been?

With all these awesome layouts and templates, we have found ourselves undecided. They are all so great, we cant choose! Would you help me? Would you tell me which ones do you like best? Read on, to see my selections and vote!

These are what we have narrowed it to...
5x7" Frosted Glass Monogram Flat Stationary Card

5x7" Crimson Floral Folded Card

5x7" Peace & Love Flat Stationary Card
5x7" Stag Leap Brown Photo Card
5x7" With Love Chartreuse Folded Card
I am a sucker for the monograms in A and E. I really love the Christmas letter integration in B and E. And I think its so cool that besides clearly saying "Peace & Love" on C, it also subtly says "Joy" and "Wish" with our photos. Do you see it? Is it too subtle? See!!! I need help!  So which one do I pick? Leave me a note letting me know your favorites.

Have you ordered your Christmas cards yet? If not, I highly recommend Shutterfly. Their selection is great! You could look like you really have it all-together and order coordinating return address labels for your cards. Aren't they cute?

My son is a December baby, and I wish I saw Shutterfly's holiday birth announcements when he was born in 2008. I totally would have picked this one...

I'm going to go with C, although I love all of them! I like the ones that integrate the Christmas letter too, though. Where/how did you take those JOY pictures? :)

Thanks for your input Nadia. :) We took these pictures on our camping trip this July on Whidbey Island (WA). We stayed at the campground on the Whidbey Island Naval Station. The camp host collects driftwood and sets up "joy" signs all over the beach and campground. Its so neat all the ways he uses driftwood for art. We just set up of camera on a stump on the beach and used the timer function.

I vote for E. . .love everything about it. . . the "D", the additional pictures of Noah that so fittingly express the JOY theme, the wonderful world quote (one of my favorite songs), the addition of the Christmas letter, the tree and Merry Christmas greeting.
My initial voteis E, but also love the uncluttered simplicity of A. I think E gets the nod because MORE PICTURES OF NOAH!
These are all so beautiful~ I can see why you are having trouble choosing one! :) My personal favorite is "e". I love how it combines the JOY photo with the one of your son blowing the wishing dandelion along with the other photos. And I agree with you on the monogram...anything monogrammed is irresistible! :)

I also wanted to say that I saw your ornament over at Under the Table and Dreaming, and am so impressed! Your method for creating faux mercury on glass is the most authentic I have seen, and I will definitely be trying this ornament idea out! Love it!

I am one of your earlier followers, but just realized I need to put you on our sidebar! You have such a beautiful blog! :)

I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Blessings,

Thanks Jenni! I too love the "wish" dandelion pic. Thanks for commenting on the ornament. It was my first attempt at faux mercury glass. I really think the mirror paint is the key. It has to be super reflective.

Thanks for following and for the side bar love too! Have a great Thanksgiving!
I love A--simple and elegant at the same time!
I love the front of B - very striking - the RED sets it off. I love E too--the Wonderful world is awesome. I might have tried the B front and then used the E collage to due to more pics of Noah in place of B's full pic--which is so precious. I like the layout of the Christmas letter in E better than B, but you didn't give me that option. and no, the 'joy' & 'wish' in C wasn't too subtle. But they are all beautiful.
I would vote for E or C. However if you use C I would suggest that you reverse the placement of the pictures. One thing I taught in my scrapbooking workshops is not to have a subject looking off the page. Whenever possible have the subject looking into the page and that is where your eye will be drawn to. Lovely cards by the way. The "joy" driftwood is wonderful! What an adventure, moving to Alaska!
I vote for E. All are very nice!
