Happy Independence Day!

I hope you all are having a wonderful holiday weekend! Do you remember I said I was training for my first 5K? Well, it's today. Starts at 7:30am. Wish me luck! I'm nervous! Here's to conquering fears and insecurities!

Thanks gals! I feel great! I am so glad I made myself do this. Not record time yet, but I didn't walk and that was my highest goal! Thanks for the support! If there's anything you are thinking about doing but are held back by fear, I encourage you to do it! It's so empowering.
